Cancellations AND no shows
If you wish to cancel an appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required to try to give us time to book other clients into your slot or a cancellation fee may apply.
Coming late may result in not being able to float, at DRIFT we run a schedule based on customer satisfaction, altering this schedule results in upsetting other clients appointments so we please ask you are on time and ten minutes before to take a few minutes to slow down and relax. No shows will result in either part or full payment taken from card at time of booking.
Please make sure you have not forgotten any of your belongings behind after your appointment. We cannot take any responsibility for forgotten goods at Drift Float Therapy.
If any items are found, we will retain them for at least 8 weeks.
